For pilots · Remote · Paid

Get paid to label aviation data.

PilotGPT's ATC model is trained by pilots. If you know phraseology, frequencies and callsigns, you can help us build it — and get paid for every segment you correct.

PilotGPT review platform

How it works

Three steps. No paperwork.

01

Access the review platform

Log in to a purpose-built review console. You'll see short ATC clips paired with an auto-generated transcript.

02

Review and correct

Play the audio, fix what's wrong — callsigns, numbers, phraseology, clearances. Submit. Next clip.

03

Get paid per segment

Payment is per completed segment. No minimum hours, no maximum. Work remote, in your own time.

Shape the future

Every correction you make improves the next flight.

From the founder

“Solo GA flying is charts, regs, checklists and ATC at the same time. PilotGPT exists because that load should be shared — and it starts with pilots teaching the model what good comms actually sound like.”

Questions

Frequently asked questions

When do I get paid?+
Payments go out on a regular cycle tied to segments you complete and verify. The exact cadence and rate is shown inside the review console after you sign up.
What kind of audio will I review?+
Real ATC comms from US airspace — tower, ground, approach, and enroute — recorded from public feeds and consenting pilots. Clips are typically a few seconds long.
How is the work structured?+
Clips are queued up in short segments. You play the audio, compare it to the auto-generated transcript, and make corrections. You can stop and pick up later at any time.
Do I need training?+
A short onboarding walks you through our transcription conventions (how to format callsigns, numbers, etc.). Your first batch is reviewed by our team for calibration.
How is my work used?+
Verified transcriptions feed directly into training the next version of PilotGPT's ATC model. Your contributions are tied to your account so you're credited.
